Return Policy:

At Etzeterra, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in our handmade products, carefully inspecting each one to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches you. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us at support@etzeterra.com. We’re always here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues.

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Restocking Fee:
    A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee helps cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

  • How to Return:
    Please email us at support@etzeterra.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

  • Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used scrunchies, custom orders, or items marked as final sale.

    Exchanges

    At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
