Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CT) will be processed the following business day.

Orders shipped via standard delivery require 1–3 business days for processing and packaging before they leave our facility.

Shipping fees cover the costs of processing your order, selecting and packing items, and handling their transportation. If you have special delivery instructions-such as choosing a specific carrier or requesting a future delivery date-additional charges may apply.
Please be aware that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, even if you select expedited shipping or request special services like monogramming. All shipments are dispatched and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday).

Next-Day Delivery Guidelines

Saturday delivery is not offered under our FedEx agreement. Deliveries are not made on holidays.

DHL Delivery Commitments
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery within DHL’s stated timeframes, as it typically takes 1–3 business days to process and prepare your order before it ships. Any delivery guarantees provided by DHL are outside of our control. If your package arrives later than expected, please reach out directly to DHL at 1-800-225-5345. We are unable to refund any additional shipping fees if DHL does not meet their delivery promise.
FedEx Delivery Commitments
Similarly, we cannot ensure that FedEx shipments will arrive within their guaranteed windows, as order processing requires 1–3 business days before dispatch. For packages that do not arrive on time, please contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. We do not issue refunds for extra shipping costs if FedEx fails to deliver within the guaranteed period.
International Orders
Shipping charges for Canadian destinations are determined by the total weight of your order. For all other international locations, shipments are sent via DHL, and rates will vary based on destination and package details. Please note that standard orders require 1–3 business days for processing before leaving our warehouse. Free shipping is not available for international orders, regardless of order value; our complimentary shipping offer applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

DHL International Shipping Restrictions
Please note that DHL cannot deliver international orders to P.O. Box addresses. If you enter a P.O. Box as your shipping destination, your package will be sent using DHL Parcel International Standard.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
We cannot predict or guarantee whether your shipment will incur customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in your country. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any charges assessed by your local customs authorities. For details about potential import costs, please consult your country’s customs office prior to placing an order. All international customers (outside the United States) are accountable for any import duties, local taxes, or customs charges that may apply. We are unable to estimate these fees and encourage you to contact your customs office or tax agency for specific information regarding your shipment.
Address Accuracy Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are not liable for any resulting delays or costs. Our team works quickly to process and dispatch orders, so there is only a brief window to request changes or cancellations. If you need to update your address or cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in process.
Shipment Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Every order we ship includes tracking and delivery confirmation for your peace of mind. If your tracking status shows that your package has been delivered to the address provided, but you haven’t received it, please reach out directly to the delivery carrier for assistance. We are unable to take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions for Hazardous Materials
Certain products, such as aerosols, nail polish, perfumes, and other items containing alcohol, are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT). These items can only be shipped via standard ground shipping within the continental United States and Canada (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We are unable to send hazardous materials to international destinations, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. territories.
